July 18–19 Colleagues from Shanghai Rishifu Trading Co., Ltd. gathered in Anji, Huzhou, embarking on an inspiring team-building journey themed "Brave Winds and Waves, Co-create the Future"! Highlights of the Two-Day Retreat: Thrilling Rafting Challenge Lakeside BBQ & Bonfire Gathering Canyon Summit Trek Through laughter and sweat, we forged stronger bonds and wrote a splendid new chapter for the Rishifu team!

At noon, after enjoying a delicious lunch at a farmhouse restaurant, everyone headed straight to Anji’s General Pass Rafting!

DAY1: Braving the Torrents, Riding Winds and Waves

After enjoying lunch at the farmhouse restaurant, everyone headed straight to Anji General Pass Rafting!

With a total drop of 130 meters, 26 thrilling dams, and a maximum single drop of 10 meters, kayaks plunged through torrents, sending waves crashing. Screams and laughter echoed across the valley! Mid-rafting, an intense water battle erupted! Teams drenched each other in fierce combat. In the refreshing stream, everyone released stress freely, reveled in teamwork, and truly embodied the spirit of "riding winds and waves"!

In the evening, we arrived at the lakeside campsite for a barbecue feast! Tender meat skewers, plump seafood, assorted vegetables… aroma wafting everywhere, utterly mouthwatering. Gathered around, everyone raised glasses in toasts, sharing delicious food and amusing stories amid continuous laughter and cheerful chatter.

As night fell, the bonfire was lit! The Lighting Ceremony was ignited by the General Manager, who then high-fived each partner one by one. Led by the coach, everyone sang and danced around the bonfire, unleashing their passion to the fullest. Afterward, groups of six formed, and two teams competed in rock-paper-scissors. Though seemingly simple, this game brought everyone great fun. Finally, all joined together in singing Friend. The warm melody echoed by the lakeside, and genuine friendships deepened in that moment.

DAY2: Scale New Heights and Create the Future Together

On the second day, the team challenged the Zhebei Grand Canyon together! The mountain path was rugged, but everyone encouraged and supported each other. Ultimately, all members successfully reached the summit! Standing atop the canyon, the magnificent scenery unfolded before their eyes, and a sense of triumphant joy welled up within them.

The activities at the summit allowed everyone to play to their heart's content! Amid thrilling and exhilarating experiences, the team cooperated seamlessly amidst constant laughter, bringing this team-building event to a perfect ending.

Unite as One and Achieve Greater Glory

This team-building event not only allowed everyone to unwind but also strengthened the team's cohesion and combat effectiveness. The brave challenges during rafting, the joyous laughter during the barbecue, the warm chorus around the bonfire, the mutual support during the canyon climb... Every moment showcased the unity and passion of Rishifu members!

In the future, we will continue advancing courageously on the track of imported aquatic trade with the courage to "brave the winds and waves" and the determination to "create the future together"! Unite as one and achieve greater glory!
